Welcome to Taddle Tales, a creative platform designed for parents, caregivers, and educators to craft personalized digital books. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully.

2. Use of Platform
  • Taddle Tales is intended for use by adults, including parents, caregivers, and educators, to create personalized stories for children. While a "Library" mode is available for children to browse and read completed stories, parents or caregivers must be actively involved in the creation process.
  • All content, including stories, characters, and illustrations, created through Taddle Tales is for personal use only and cannot be resold, redistributed, or published elsewhere without written permission from Taddle Tales.
3. Membership and Costs
  • Creating an account on Taddle Tales is free. However, additional charges apply for the creation of digital books, larger books, additional characters, page illustrations, and the printing of physical copies.
  • Users can purchase points or sign up for flexible monthly and annual passes, which offer discounts on content.
4. Ownership and Intellectual Property
  • All rights to the stories, characters, and illustrations generated on Taddle Tales are owned by Taddle Tales. By using the platform, you agree not to create or share content that infringes on copyrighted material, including characters or content from other sources.
  • Content generated on Taddle Tales should be original or based on ideas that belong to you. Taddle Tales provides tools and resources to help you create original content.
5. Digital and Printed Books
  • Digital books are available for reading on mobile devices, tablets, or computers. Users can store their digital creations for free and revisit or edit them anytime.
  • Printed versions of digital books are available at an additional cost.
6. Points System

Taddle Tales uses a points-based system to provide flexibility in purchasing digital books, illustrations, and other exclusive content on the platform. By purchasing points, you can prepay for content and enjoy discounts on books and additional features.

  • Purchasing Points: Points can be purchased using major credit cards. These points are credited to your account and can be used to buy digital content within Taddle Tales.
  • Non-Refundable: All points purchases are final. Once points are purchased and credited to your account, they are non-refundable. Taddle Tales does not offer refunds or exchanges for unused points.
  • No Cash Value: Points have no cash or monetary value. They cannot be redeemed for cash or other forms of monetary compensation. Points are strictly intended for use within the Taddle Tales platform to purchase books, illustrations, and related content.
  • Non-Transferable: Points are tied to your individual account and cannot be sold, transferred, or otherwise assigned to any other person or account. Group accounts allow for shared points within the group, but points may not be transferred outside of the group.
  • Expiration: Taddle Tales reserves the right to expire unused points after a period of inactivity, which will be communicated to users in advance. It is the user's responsibility to track and use points before their expiration date, if applicable.
  • Subscription Points: For users with monthly or annual subscription passes, points accrued through the subscription will be credited to your account on a regular basis. These points are subject to the same terms as purchased points, including non-transferability and no cash value.
7. Subscription and Cancellation
  • Taddle Tales offers flexible monthly and annual subscription passes. Subscriptions come with perks like free books for special occasions and access to exclusive content.
  • Users can cancel or change their subscriptions at any time through the billing section of their account. Any unused points will remain available after a subscription is canceled.
8. Content Creation
  • Taddle Tales uses AI-powered "Taddle Bots" to help users create character details, stories, and illustrations. You can fully customize your books by providing specific names, attributes, and details.
  • If you’re not satisfied with a book, you have the option to make edits or regenerate the story until it meets your expectations.
9. Account Security
  • To ensure security, Taddle Tales uses industry-standard encryption to protect your personal information. Account holders are responsible for maintaining the security of their passwords and accounts.
  • If you need to reset your password, you can do so through the "Forgot Password" feature on the login page. An email will be sent to you with instructions for creating a new password.
10. Modifications and Updates

Taddle Tales reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. If any changes are made, users will be notified through the platform. Continued use of Taddle Tales after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising from or related to your use of Taddle Tales, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Taddle Tales operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By using Taddle Tales, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the use of the platform, including any disputes regarding the enforceability or interpretation of this clause, shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration.
